Pixels!

The newly released summer hit Pixels produced by Adam Sandler (amongst others) is a great big dose of 80’s nostalgia and laugh-out-loud humor! Pixels is truly an enjoyable iconic 80’s comedy, even more so, if you’re privy to the games, culture, entertainment and lifestyle of this era long-since passed. If you’re not, well it has a lot of bright colors and action to keep you watching. It’s rated PG13 mostly for a few sexual (and completely hilarious) innuendos. Little children will sit clueless (as did the kiddos I observed in the theater) to pretty much every reference: sexual, 80’s or otherwise (except the unmistakable Pac Man of course) and will probably be wondering why everyone else is laughing. It’s no “Lord of the Rings” or “Jurassic World” but it’s worth the price of a movie ticket, the trip down memory lane and time with your peeps! Hope you find yourself unexpectedly laughing. Enjoy!
